Finding Pap Smear, Mammogram, Colonoscopy, and FIT reports

1. How to exhaustively find any possible pap smear result:

a) Type "pap" into the search field.

b)Type "cyto" (for cytology) into the search field.

c) Click on the "Quality" button.

d) If a pap smear was not done, it will show up in "Needs Attention", If done, will show up in "Other Measures".

2. How to find mammogram reports:

a) Type "mamm" in the search field.

b) Click on the "Quality" button.

If not done, it will show up in "Needs Attention", If done, will show up in "Other Measures".

3. Finding COLONOSCOPY or FIT reports is similar:

a) Type "colo" or “fit” in the search field.

c) Click on the "Quality" button.

If not done, it will show up in "Needs Attention", If done, will show up in "Other Measures".
