You'll get a notification number to enter in the Microsoft Authenticator app you'll need on your phone:
N.B. Click the "Don't ask again" option so you don't need the 2 factor login again that day.
Put in your steward username and password again:
Chose Meditech Expanse Live:
Click "Clinical" then "Physician Care Manager":
Click "Find Patient":
or, for patients you've recently searched for, "Patient Lists" then "Recently Accessed":
Laboratory, Microbiology, and Reports (Visit notes/radiology) are the useful sections:
Help with password problems:
Likely your password is expired.
Go to access.steward.org, choose the appropriate option and it will walk you through resetting the password.
If you need a new account, do New User Registration.
If nothing works, your account may be locked and you'll need to call Steward IT.
